We've developed a list of commonly asked questions to help you better understand Portals To Glory. If you can’t find an answer to your question here, feel free to call us with your question.
Q. What is the church attire?
A. Style shouldn't hinder your experience with God. If you prefer formal dress for worship, please dress formally. If you prefer casual, you have the freedom to come casual. We are a real, relevant, and relational church and our worship is hinged on faith - not fabric.
Q. Can I meet the Pastor?
A. Yes! Pastor Gardner would be delighted to meet you. Appointments with the Pastor should be made with the church secretary. During worship services, Pastor Gardner will personally greet all of our guests and he would like to make sure that you are welcome.
Q. How do I get involved?
A. Once you are an active member, you are encouraged to get connected with a ministry that meets your needs and become an active participant in lending your spiritual gifts. There are various volunteer opportunities at the church and we would love to have your help as we impact others.
Q. What do you offer for children?
A. We have several ministries that are designed specifically for youth.
Q. What types of accommodations do you offer for people who are physically impaired?
A. We want everyone who wants to experience God at our church to do so in a comfortable atmosphere. If you are physically impaired, we are available to assist you with parking and seating arrangements.
Q. Will I be asked to give money?
A. If you are a guest, please do not feel any obligation to give. We believe giving is an act of worship wherein those who have a personal relationship with God through Christ, give regularly and generously in response to God’s gracious gifts.
